A case statement describes the mission of an organization, its goals, objectives, programs, staff and plans, all in one cohesive document.

Full Description
This committee will work with existing YMTA information to develop a YMTA case statement that will be used in fund raising and grant writting.

The case statement will include a financial business plan.
